Deadline for consignment forms, pictures and catalog ads: 4/1/2026
Consignment fee: $400 per lot, payable to A&S Land and Cattle LLC

1. Please use online portal at AandSLandandCattle.com
2. Send following items to: Amelia Picker, 22100 Riverwood Rd, Dundee, OR 97115
a. Check for consignment fees and catalog ad made out to A&S LAND AND CATTLE, LLC
b. Original registration certificate (retain copy for your records)
c. Transfer slip for registration filled out.
3. Please submit photos (side view of animal with no obstructions) in HIGH resolution WITHOUT cropping, we cannot market your cattle well with less than ideal photos.
4. Please rename the file to the animal’s name. If you have questions please contact: info@hiredhandsoftware.com
5. DEADLINE IS APRIL 1, 2026 FOR ALL PAPERWORK. No late entries. The sooner we can post the sale catalog to the website the better. Printed catalogs will also be available. E-blasts will be sent to over 2500 breeders in the US.

CHECK LIST FOR SALE DAY

1. Health papers (cattle from one consignor can appear on one health certificate, but please have a copy made for EACH animal with their name highlighted in yellow): have your vet put the ANIMAL NAME on the paperwork, as well as the BANGS tag #. ORIGINAL IS REQUIRED FOR SOME STATES
a. Test for Tuberculosis and Brucellosis
b. Pregnancy check of animals offered as bred or exposed
2. Out of state consignors: BRAND INSPECTION CERTIFICATE with the animal name on each line. Oregon consignors: Filled out OREGON TRANSPORTATION CERTIFICATE Sale commission of 8% for participating consignors and 10% for consignors who don’t purchase at the sale will be deducted from sale proceeds. Please allow up to 21 days after sale day for payout.
