Oregon Trail Consignment Sale
The undersigned hereby agrees that Scott and Amelia Picker, A & S Land and Cattle LLC and Riverwood Ranch LLC
-are neither responsible nor liable for any agreements, promises or guarantees made by consignors/sellers. Such agreements, promises or guarantees are strictly the responsibility of consignors/sellers and buyers.
-are not responsible for the health or safety of any animal consigned to this sale. This includes injury, loss of life, loss by theft or other perils.
-are held harmless from any and all claims, demands, causes of action or liabilities of any nature which may arise from or are in any way related to this sale. This clause includes their authorized representatives.
The consignors must comply with all consignment requirements.
If an animal is sold to an out-of-state buyer, seller is responsible for health papers, brand inspection, and boarding of animal until it is approved to leave the state.
If the buyer is unable to accept delivery because of interstate health requirements, the consignor, not Scott and Amelia Picker, A&S Land and Cattle LLC or Riverwood Ranch LLC, will be responsible for any refunds or adjustments.
Upon completion of the online consignment and futurity forms, you electronically sign and agree to these terms.
